Why we build What we build How we build Who runs it
An AI-native venture studio

Find the signal. Build the future.

Launch Beam Labs develops focused software ventures for professional groups whose recurring problems have no good solution.

AI does the operational work inside each venture. That is what makes a small market worth building for.

How the studio worksWhere AI does the work

Inside every venture

ResearchUnderstanding a niche’s operators, their language and what the work actually costs them.

OperateThe recurring service work that would otherwise require a team too large for a small market to support.
Small markets, run by software.
Why we build

Problems without good solutions.

A recurring problem should not remain unsolved simply because the group living with it is small.

Finding those problems, and creating value by solving them with software, is the reason Launch Beam Labs exists.

What we build

Narrow on purpose.

A single professional niche

Each venture is built for one professional group and its specific problem, not a broad market.

Shaped around one workflow

The whole venture takes shape around a single workflow, built deep rather than broad.

The outcome, not a tool

The recurring service work runs inside the venture itself. The customer gets the outcome, not another tool to operate.

How we build

Evidence, then software.

01

Start with the operators

A venture begins with the people doing the work: their language, their routines, and what the problem actually costs them.

02

Confirm the problem matters

Before committing to a build, we look for evidence that the problem matters enough to solve. Sometimes that means not building.

03

Design around the whole workflow

We map the full job, then decide which recurring work the software should perform and what should remain in the operator’s hands.

Who runs it

Hasan Han

A decade of building and running software, applied to a new set of problems.

Hasan Han co-founded a Dutch SaaS company, built its ERP software from the ground up, and spent roughly a decade developing the business. It continues to serve its customers today.

He holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from TU Delft. Launch Beam Labs is where he applies that software-building experience to focused new ventures.
